I love Jillian Michaels and she is a fitness goddess
I love Jillian Michaels as well and she is a fitness godess. I wish that she would visit the Quad Cities. I would pay anything to get advice from her in person. Her 30 day shred is awesome so far my only negative thing about it is that I don’t know when to take a day off or what to eat. So I ave been eating sensably and took 2 days off after the first two days on. She is awesome!!!
